Mission Statement:

“ To support and promote the establishment of SADM for the benefit of all leading to a new and inclusive community”

Aims and objectives:

To represent and express members views including:

• That SADM is built including the facilities so that purchasers can have their properties as per their contracts and to discuss the time frame for the developments build with the administrators and San Jose.

• That those purchasers who are unable to wait for completion of their property can have their deposit moved to another development or property.

• That those purchasers who due to changes in financial circumstances can have their deposit moved to another development or property.

• That those purchasers who are unable to wait or due to adverse changes in their financial circumstances can have a refund, without having to undertake costly and lengthy legal action.

•  To support and inform SARC members.

• To promote the “ I want my House” campaign and engage in dialogue with bodies and organisations.

• To set up a committee of 8 members with an executive of Chair,
  Vice- Chair and Secretary answerable to the members.
